Iraqi Freedom
US Army Sgt. Michael J. McMullen, 25, of Salisbury, Md., died at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C., on Jan. 10 of injuries sustained in Ramadi, Iraq on Dec. 24, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his position. McMullen was assigned to the Army National Guard’s 243rd Engineer Company, Baltimore, Md.
